Mirror Images Synchronized Skating Teams

Mirror Images offers figure skaters the opportunity to compete with others and learn the value of teamwork and camaraderie as they perform a program together. Synchronized skating utilizes the same judging system as singles, pairs and dance and is characterized by speed, attention to detail, creativity, intricate formations and challenging step sequences. In addition to skating and competing together, Mirror Images members volunteer in the Rochester community and participate in team building activities. Synchronized skating develops lifelong friendships, enhances artistry and performance, promotes leadership skills, encourages strength and fitness, and develops an individual's skating skills while participating in a team sport. Skaters become a tight knit group, a family, that supports and encourages each other throughout their skating journey.
